Charge 3 won't charge

My Charge 3 which has been in use less than a month, will not charge. It does not matter which charging port or adapter is used - plugged into my PC, etc. I have tried multiple wall ports that have all been verified to work correctly. I have cleaned my fitbit and its charging connectors with rubbing alcohol and let dry. All of the advice and suggestions on this forum have been less than useless. I am tired of wasting my time on nonsense that will not work due to the faulty product that has been made. I would like a replacement or a refund.
