Charge 3 won't charge

I put my Charge 3 on the charger when the battery was low and it didn't charge at all. Now it is completely drained. I wiped off the pins on the charger, and the connector points on the watch, even tried a couple of different electrical sockets and USB charger ports. Any help would be appreciated

I am sorry for the delay in response and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this battery issue.

 

If your Charge 3 isn't charging, I recommend checking the help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? and make sure you have followed the instructions provided there.
