Charge 3 won't charge

This is my second Fitbit Charge 3 and it won’t charge, the Fitbit is connected to the charge and comes up the battery icon but the percentage will not increased. I’ve tried rebooting the Fitbit but as soon as I did this the Fitbit stopped down to 4% now I’m unsure of what to do
