Fitbit is 1 year old, around 2 weeks ago it lost charge overnight - I connected to the charge cradle and was shown a smiley face. I checked online and followed the advice on Community, whilst the Fitbit was on charge I held down the button and reset. For the rest of the day it synced with my phone and appeared to have been fixed apart from a weird line that was sitting across the middle of the face.
Next morning it was completely out of charge again having gone to bed with around 93% charge. I tried to charge it again but have just had a blank screen ever since. I have been without my watch for over 2 weeks.
