Error 001 glitching screens-Charge 3

My fit bit has been vibrating and glitching between screens. I have tried to restart it a few times but it continues to glitch. After I restart it it will be stuck at a smiley face for a minute and then go back to switch between slides without my touching it. It was showing the error 001 slide but now I restarted it and it’s on the smile. It is also no longer showing up on Bluetooth.
