Arrived today. Put onto charge. Initially stated 16% quickly went down to 4% continually vibrating. Now seems to have just died and isn't charging .... am I missing something basic?

Thanks for troubleshooting this battery issue. If you are having problems charging your tracker, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? and follow the instructions provided there.
