Hi all, this morning I woke up to lines of pixels not working on the screen. A few hours later the screen started vibrating randomly for about a minute. Then an hour or so after that the screen started vibrating and it was flickering through options on the screen even though I wasnt touching it. Then the battery suddenly went from 60% to 14%. I've tried to plug it in to reset it but it's not sensing the charger. Any thoughts?

This is my issue too, my charge 3 worked perfectly til a few days ago. Wouldn’t hold a charge, went from 70 percent to 7 in half an hour...and kept vibrating for no reason. Had a hard time going to time screen, only showing me notification screen. Today it won’t even charge...just black screen...

called the Fitbit line and they asked me to try to charge again then they would email me...hope I will get a replacement or at least money off a new one . This is my second one, they replaced my last one when it got grey stripes on the screen and I could hardly see it

Which number did you ring? It keeps saying the customer care number doesnt exist...
