I've had my charge 3 for a year, it has been fine except getting a line across it when the battery is low.  Now it will not charge, it is staying at 1%.  It was stuck on smiley face, I was able to reboot and get rid of that.  I have cleaned the connections and tried different ports.  Still staying at 1%.
