My latest response was related to how I was charging my device. I followed instructions given with device. I always charge via USB into a wall socket, and remove when it reaches a full charge.
At this point I either want another replacement or credit toward a different type Fitbit if there is one that doesn’t have all these issues. I paid $99 on sale on Black Friday in 2019, and I’ve only gotten a total of 6 months of use, with 2 months in between of frustration!
Does anyone have any recommendations for a Fitbit model that consistently performs?
