This is my fourth replacement device under warranty with the same problem. A couple of weeks ago I noticed horizontal lines appearing across the display, this has worsened to the point where I can no longer read the date or heart rate stats.
I have tried the suggested long restart and other steps noted upon reporting this for previous devices - this has not resolved the issue. Previous Charge 3 devices I’ve had have started with this problem then subsequently led to no longer holding charge, switching off and becoming completely unresponsive. I’ve tried to email Fitbit support to report this but have been advised to report via community Fitbit/chat as the email support service is no longer available.

Thanks for troubleshooting this display issue. Keep in mind that due to recent events affecting our operations, support options are limited and wait times are longer than usual.
Since you already created a case with our support team, I recommend waiting for their reply. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide you a solution.
