Charge 3 won't charge

My Charge 3 died yesterday, it went black and is impossible too charge.

Hi @Inamol, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 won't turn on or take a charge.

 

I would like to know if your Charge 3 vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your tracker for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
