Charge 3 won't charge

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Charge 3 is about 9 months old. I plugged it in to charge with 34% battery left. I came back an hour later and it still read 34%.  I tried reconnecting the charger several times. Each time, it would vibrate, restart, and still not show that it was charging.  It now reads 0% battery on the device while plugged in and goes dead when I unplug it. I have cleaned the contacts. I have tried using another Charge 3 charger we have in the house. I have tried multiple outlets.

Hello @LiliyaFitbit .

I have tried the suggestions on that page.  I even tried using another Charge 3 charging cable that we use to charge other Charge 3 devices frequently.  It definitely responds to being plugged in. It vibrates and I get the smiley screen.  But, the battery % remains at 0 no matter how long I leave it plugged in
