My Charge 3 won't charge. I also stopped receiving notifications for texts recently.

Thank you for all the information about your Charge 3 that is not charging and not receiving text notifications. 

 

I've sent your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance with this, but was informed that you already have a case created or that you already got in touch with them.
