Hi my wife's charge 3 stopped working this is what it does 

will vibrate and show smiley face but not battery ect when on charge then face  disappears...

It vibrates ...

Will sometimes show a white line that goes across screen staggered

no light underneath 

wont and cant be found by bluetooth /wireless ect

..I have tried  all the reset methods that are on here but the above is all i get cant do clock face thingy as no bluetooth is it time for the bin?? any help please
