Won't charge.. blank screen.  Press side button with no help.

Hi @Rubylove, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since it won't charge. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue before contacting our forums.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your tracker for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

Thank you for responding. I tried everything you sujested with nothing working. I think my fitbit is done.  I feel lost with it not on my wrist.  😞
