Hi my Fitbit charge has lost all charge and will not charge, it has had a problem connecting to the charger effectively the last few times and now won’t charge at all
please help!!!

Mine is the same - tonight I had to dig out my Apple Watch instead. I’m so disappointed, I had problem with charge 3 after a few months and they replaced it. Now about a year later it doesn’t charge. rubbish shelf life. I will wait until Apple brings out sleep tracking and go with that because I am so disappointed.

I am having the same issue. Mine will not connect to the contacts to charge. I was able to wiggle it around and have it make the connection briefly and then set it down and it became disconnected but is locked in. I think the gold contacts are rubbing off. I finally was able to press it and hold it there for it to charge for about 90 minutes. I got it up to 90% and then put it back on. I will have the same issue in a few days. I am now on my 3 or 4th Charge 3 in about 2-1/2 years. When it works its great but it seems to not last much more than a year!

I'm also having the same issue with the last 2-3 tines Ive charged my Charge 3. It used to click in so easily but now its a struggle.
