When plug charge 3 on it isn't showing as charging, do I need new charger?

If your trackers aren't charging, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? and follow the instructions provided there.

Hey - I'm so disappointed in Fitbit. The unit broke. I got it replaced. The replacement still doesn't work properly. The strap has broken 4 times. Now my Charge 3 won't charge. Ironic, isn't it. I've followed all the steps about cleaning it with alcohol rubbing etc. Basically, I have zero confidence in the product left. I tried to contact customer support on the chat. I was told I was next in line. Never heard from them.

@AZgeek, I am glad to hear that you purchased a new Charge 4. At the moment of receiving it, you can follow the steps in the article: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to set it up.
@Whyyyyyyy, since you already opened a case with support, I recommend keeping in touch with them. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide you a solution.
