Charge 3 won’t charge

I have a charge 3. It will not charge. It was ok a few days ago charging but now I’ve tried 2 chargers and nothing. It’s got 6% battery left. 
I know it’s not the chargers as they both charge hubby’s Fitbit. 
any advice please.
