Charge 3 won´t charge

I can't seem to get support for my charge 3. Ironically it won't charge. I plugging it in at 5%, it acknowledged the connection with vib and uplines and when I came it was dead as a Dodo. The previous night's sleep data only had hrs not deeper data. It seemed like O be pulsing green slot hence low battery? Do help, I like it is and the data and analysis. Cheers FrankS

If your device has low or not battery you won´t get your sleep details. Please check help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
