Since the firmware update I have been unable to delete emails once I've read them on my Charge 3. I select delete and then it says that it failed and to make sure phone is close and Bluetooth is on. My phone was right beside me and Bluetooth was on because I got the notification that I had received the email in the first place. Can anyone help?

Thanks for troubleshooting this notifications issue. If you can't clear your messages, make sure to swipe to the top of your notifications and tap Clear All. If this doesn't work, perform a restart by following the steps in the article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.
