My Charge 3 wont get text messages after the last update.

Hi @Pvintika, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since it's not getting text notifications.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your tracker during the next 24 hours and see if it receives text notifications properly.
