My charge 3 isn’t connecting to my iPhone 11 - have tried to do a live chat but keeps disconnecting.
I have tried everything that has been suggested on the live chat and unsure where to go from here.
The only way I can sync it is by deleting the app and re downloading it which isn’t achievable long term.
Please could you advise what I can do next?

This is also happening to me. I have done EVERYTHING recommended on here I’ve sent an email for support as I can’t get live chat to work. Beginning to lose my patience now.
