Since today, my Fitbit Charge 3 battery gets drained within seconds. It gets charged to 100% quickly and the moment I put it in my wrist, it gets discharged.
I tried to restart but no luck. In fact now it is just showing the smiling face and does not even vibrate on button press or putting in charging.
Please suggest.

Welcome to the Community, @anilsharma.
Thanks for troubleshooting this battery issue. If your tracker isn't holding a charge, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life? and follow the tips provided there. After following them, test your unit.

This is exactly what has happened to mine. This surely cannot be a coincidence.

Mine not holding charge either.
When fully charged lasts about 30mins then drops to 2% charge left.
