Charge 3 won't keep a charge

My fit bit will not hold a charge.  I will get it to 100% and not but 3 hours later it is almost completely drained.  I have rebooted the Fitbit and have restarted my phone.  I started to have this problem when it was not syncing with my phone.  Once it finally synced, it will not keep a charge.  Please, help.
