My Charge 3 has white lines going up and down, and the touchscreen is unresponsive. I purchased mine June of 2019 and they want to give me 25% discount on a device that I paid $200+ dollars. I chatted with the customer service agents, both of which ended the chat after I challenged the totally unfair 25% discount. Unacceptable.

Is their anything I can do to fix the issue. I did the soft and hard reset with the charger and no luck. What else can be done.
