my fitbit will turn on with the smiley face, but then will just go to a black screen. I try to connect it to the fitbit app it will not connect or show up. I currently use a fitbit charge 3. It hasn’t worked for about 2 years. Any suggestions?

Yes, It still vibrates and shows the smiley face but thats it.
