Setting up new device, I can't get my Samsung Note 4 to pair with my Charge 3, I have a Charge 2 setup and working fine. tried to setup new device in Fitbit app and it asks for type but when I click on Charge 3 and click setup it kicks me back to the app. Phone will not pair with charge 3 but it does see it in the bluetooth menu for Available devices. when I click Pair it says it can't communicate with Charge 3
I have the fitbit logo and "go to fitbit.com/setup" on screen but still won't work.

You shouldnt try to pair it through the phones bluetooth settings, just try syncing from the app. Perhaps try uninstalling the app, reinstall and log back in and restart your charge 3 several times and try again. That phone shoukd work
