I have followed directions, reboot it, followed all the hints on the phone side and the fit bit side all with no luck
@Alg166 are you setting the tracker up to your Fitbit account when the error?
@Franniejo the tracker does not have to be seen Bluetooth to be able to sync.
@RMW68 what type of phone.
