Charge 3 won't pair

I have followed directions, reboot it, followed all the hints on the phone side and the fit bit side all with no luck

I’ve done everything as well and it keeps telling me that the syncing failed.

Or shale I say that it says, “failure to sync”

Mine won’t pair either hence not getting call and text notifications. Tried everything but won’t fix.

@Alg166 are you setting the tracker up to your Fitbit account when the error? 

@Franniejo the tracker does not have to be seen Bluetooth to be able to sync. 

@RMW68 what type of phone.
