My Charge 3 would not sync. A suggestion on here was to remove the Charge 3 from the App and re-pair it. You removed the Charge 3 and have tried several time to pair it & it is not working. The App finds the Charge 3, I get the 4 digit pin and enter it, then it gets stuck on ‘connecting fitbit’. Help! I’ve tried everything and cannot get past this. Is there another way to add my Charge 3 back into my account? Even logged into the Fitbit account using safari but cannot find anything there

Hi @SunsetRunner, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 won't connect or pair with your app or by using Safari. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid providing the same information, please let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried.
In the meantime, restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, try the setup process again and see if your tracker pairs with your phone properly.
