My Charge 3 display has faded and all troubleshooting attempts have been unsuccessful. Very frustrating. This is my second Fitbit to do this. I purchased this one in February. Please advise how I can organise a refund. Thank you

Hi @BarbAM refunds are available for the first 45 days if purchased from Fitbit.com. Each retailer has a different time frame. You get with support?
