So today I woke up and after a night of having my Fitbit Charge 2 on charge it wouldn't turn on. Cleaned it. No lights no nothing. Fully charged and not responsive.
So I went to use my husbands Charge 3. It was previously mine for reference.
It will not pair.
I have tried trouble shooting it
Reseting it
Making sure it's clean
Uninstalling and reinstalling Fitbit
Making another Fitbit account
Turning Bluetooth off and on.
Nothing works.
I need either my charge 3 to pair or my charge 2 to turn on, as I rely on my fitbit.
Also for reference the phone I am trying to connect to is a Samsung S9

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for all your troubleshooting efforts. I'd like to confirm if you are getting any error message when you try to set up the Charge 3? In the meantime, I suggest trying the instructions listed in our help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? You can skip the steps that you already tried.
In addition and if you haven't tried, I recommend restarting your Charge 2 as described here.
