I bought this tracker a couple of years ago, used it for a bit then put it in a drawer and forgot about it. I've decided to use it again so I download the app and charged the device but it won't connect to my phone. The screen is very dim, I can hardly see it. I've tried the factory reset but I never see the so called smiley face and since it won't connect I can't try changing the clock face. Any other suggestions or was this a total waste of money?
