Hi, my Charge 3 started acting crazy...   the display screen was flickering and vibrating for a day then the screen went blank about a day later but was still syncing to my iPhone.  2 days after that it we totally dead.
I tried charging it, thats not working and I do not have the original charger with the button on the side to reset it.

Since none of the steps you tried have worked, I was about to create a support case on your behalf, but I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and that they have helped you with this. Please keep an eye on your inbox so they can continue assisting you with this.

Same thing happened to mine. Please help! Started with screen flickering, now blank screen. Tried to reset and nothing helps
