Guided Programs aren't syncing

I joined the guided program “Run Training”. It doesn’t seem to register that I’ve completed the assigned workout of the day in the program itself. It only shows under my exercise in ‘today’ on my Fitbit display. I have also enrolled in “Get Active” and it displays a star when I’ve met the days goal. I’ve restarted & re-synced my Charge 3 - still no avail. Help!

Thanks for troubleshooting this programs issues. Can you please provide me with some screenshots of what you are seeing? Also, did you get Fitbit Premium?.

Yes I have premium.
The screenshots reflect no stars in the guided run program and it also
reflects that Ive done zero workouts.
However, in my exercise - it shows that I completed the workout for the
program.
I’ve also shown where my get active program reflects stars for completing
my goal. Isn’t that what it should show on my run program too, when I
complete my workouts?

Hi Alejandra, I am having the same issue. I’m on the Intro to Healthy Habits program and two days in a row I have worn my fit bit to bed, logged my food, and logged exercise and steps. It shows all these as complete on my dashboard but not in the program and the program tells me I missed my goals. It makes the app seem a little pointless if it can’t even sync with itself.
