Fully charged yesterday. Work this morning, then just died. How do I get it working again?

Plug into charger, press button on side for 15 seconds. Smiley face should appear. Unplug from charger.
Mine did this two days ago and did it again yesterday. Hopefully this isn't a trend of what is to come, today so far so good.

Hi @Lanagrundlingh, welcome to the Community Forums.
I'd recommend restarting your Charge 3 as my friend @Username2507 has recommended. 😉
If the restart does not work, please check on the Fitbit app if your Charge 3 is still syncing. If so, change the clock face to a different one to see if this brings back the display. Don't worry if you cannot see anything on the display by now, this process is done through the Fitbit app.

Best AnswerSame thing happened to me. First the clock face went black. Tried to restart many times with no luck. Just vibrations. Today just dead not even vibrating. Checked the app and it says it does not recognise the charge 3. What next?
