Charge 3 won't respond

I wasnt getting any notifications on my fitbit so I tried the different restarts and it worked for about a day and then I stopped getting notifications again.  I tried the restart once again and I got a smiley face on the display and then it went black and my charge turned off.  Now it doesn't respond to anything, no vibrations when its plugged in, no sensor lights on the back, restarts do nothing.  I think it's just dead and I'm not sure what to do.

Is it fully charged?  If so and still a problem, contact Customer Support.

I’m having the same issue with my inspire HR what was the diagnosis with this problem because I’m pretty darn frustrated I just got this lil guy a few months ago.
