Charge 3 won't respond

My Fitbit is only 2 months old and a couple of days ago just went off. Black screen and doing nothing. I have contacted the support and followed everything they sent but still nothing. It doesn’t appear to charge and doesn’t vibrate or anything. It came up at one point with a smiley for a few seconds and nothing since. It also isn’t connecting to my app at all.

I've seen that our Support Team is still helping you with this regards. I'd recommend to keep the conversation with them as they'll know what's the next step to try.
