Got my first fitbit charge 3 yesterday. Followed set up instructions but screen only displays fitbit logo and www adresss which scrolls along the screen Unable to change. Do I need to return or am I doing something wrong. Debated long and hard on investing in one and so disappointed already.

Hello there @Jtgo, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you've been having to pair your new Charge 3. I'll be glad to help you.

The following steps below should get you past the Fitbit setup screen on your tracker.

1. Make sure that your Charge 3 is fully charged.
2. Restart your Charge 3
3. Reboot your mobile device (check your phone is supported by the Fitbit app).
4. Use the setup process mention here to pair your tracker to your account.

Fitbit products are compatible with most devices that have the following operating systems: Apple iOS 12.2 and higher, Android OS 7.0 and higher.

Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported and does not meet the require OS we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.
