Hi,
I have a charge 3 for some time now, and it was linked with my computer. I don't have a smartphone or any mobile device. But last week I had a couple of nightshifts and I forgot to synchronise my fitbit. The day I tried to, it din't work. I thought: 'Well I'll just remove the fitbit from my account and then put it back on....'
Big mistake, now I cannot link it anymore. The fitbit works just fine, but no connection with my computer. I was able to connect my old fitbit to my computer, but the one I am using doesn't link at all.
What did I try?
- Bluetooth on/of
- Remove the fitbit from bluetooth
- Restart the fitbit
I am afraid to remove all data, because I had to ask a colluege to help me to setup this fitbit, since i don't have a mobile device or smartphone. Only when I was able to use her phone, I could fully setup my fitibit.
What is wrong? What can I do????
Please help

Hi, @ICU-nurse73 , all recent Fitbit devices are designed to be set up only using a smart phone or tablet. However, in many cases once set up they will work with a laptop.
I would recommend borrowing your friend’s smart phone and setting it up again that way, as you did before. There is no need to erase any data. Just log into YOUR Fitbit account on your friend’s phone and set up there.
Sync problems are not unusual and very often fix themselves, although I know they can be frustrating. Generally speaking removing your Fitbit device from your account in order to solve a sync issue should be a very last resort.
Good luck! I hope this helps.

Thank you for your answer. I did not yet have the time to ask a colluege to help me. (It was very busy on my work) I will try as soon as there is an opportunity.
greetings
