I’ve had my Fitbit for almost two years and the screen went dark about two weeks ago. I tried everything suggested in these forums but nothing is working and I can’t get my alarm to turn off. Is this something that happens over time? Someone please help.

Please confirm that you have tried restarting your device, the long restart and changing clock face.
What happens exactly with your alarm?
