I've been trying for the last few days to pair my Charge 3 with my phone and I keep on getting a message saying it's unable to communicate with the Charge 3. I haven't used it for the past few months and it's displaying the incorrect date could that be the issue?

If you are having problems pairing your unit, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there. Once you pair your unit, it will display the correct time and date.
