Charge 3 won't stop vibrating. Tried the troubles shooting  methods but not resolved. E mailed fitbit customer service on 13th April. Received case number. Replied to case number twice since but no correspondence received. Fitbit 13 months old

Thanks for troubleshooting this vibration issue. Keep in mind that due to recent events affecting our operations, support options are limited and wait times are longer than usual.

 

Since you already opened a case with support, I recommend keeping in touch with them. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide you a solution.
