Can anyone help please. My Fitbit Charge 3 screen wont move, its telling the date and time correctly even my heart rate wont the screen wont move, tried to restart it and that also wont let me, thank you!

I am sorry for the delay in response and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this display issue. If your Charge 3 isn't swiping, I recommend taking a look at this post and make sure you have followed the instructions provided there.
