One of the main reasons why I bought the Fitbit is it that I could track my calories the Fitbit charger three constantly displays my calories and zero this is a big problem considering that’s why I bought it I find it unbelievable that a exercise tracker does not display your calories I shouldn’t have to do a Mathematical equation to figure out how many calories I’ve burned I’m done with this thing unless they fix it it shouldn’t take three years for them to solve the problem this is been going on since 2017 disgusting

Does your fitbit track other things ok like your steps or floors? I'm wondering if it's a problem with just calories or more generally with the tracker.

Have you checked your profile settings for age, height and weight? If one of these was incorrectly set too low then it could calculate your calories as zero.

Hello. My settings are correct and yes it does track steps.
