My Fitbit has been working great until this morning. It won't let me change screens, it's stuck on the steps and heart rate. I cannot see anything else.

If you are having problems with your tracker's display, I recommend restarting the unit by following the instructions provided in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.
