Charge 3 won't swipe

Hi, tonight the watch stopped at 3.13 am. I can charge it, also synchronization works but the screen is blocked I cannot change to other menus. Any idea what happened? Any idea to solve the problem? Or is that the pre-installed end of the life of my Charge 3?

If you are having swiping problems, I recommend restarting your tracker by following the steps in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.
