I can't interact with my Charge 3 device. I cannot swipe the screen. Only the side touch sensor works and I can toggle the screen on/off, and pull up the wake/notifications screen, but I can't actually swipe on the screen.
Connected to charger, registers as 96% charge. Press and hold until smiley face appears, and then it reads 86% charge. Tried unpairing, reconnecting etc. Nothing works.

It's great to see you here, @Tamas1187.
Thanks for troubleshooting this swiping issue. If you haven't tried the restart process, I recommend restarting your unit by following the steps in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.
Let me know the outcome.

Thanks for the reply.
I've since discovered that it continues to track, and automatically detects my run. After 30 minute run and sweating, the unit regains some function, but still freezes.
I've elected to replace the product with a competitors device.
