Charge 3 SmartTrack isn't working

As of yesterday my Vharge 3 has stopped auto tracking. I have tried disabling then re-enabling the auto tracked exercises. I took 4 walks yesterday and it only tracked part of one. It  logged active minutes for all. Today I ran and it didn't start auto tracking like usual so I manually did it. Prior to this auto tracked exercises took hours to sync to the app.

 

My Fitbit has had syncing issues from date of purchase and honestly I don't know why I still try to use this thing. I have a feeling this charge is just dying and there's nothing I can do.

 

Any help appreciated.

Thanks for troubleshooting this SmartTrack issue. SmartTrack recognizes an exercise that lasts at least 15 minutes. If your activities aren't recognized, lower the auto-exercise recognition setting to 10 minutes.

It's been set to 10 minutes for years. 

 

It's not tracking runs and walks of 30+ minutes.
