Charge 3 won't sync and Fitbit down for maintenance

My fitbit isn't syncing I've tried restarting my phone, restarting the fitbit. I've tried repairing but every time I try it says fitbit is down for maintenance. Help please

Mine is constantly failing to sync. Ive followed all guidelines and trouble shooting, re syncs for cple minutes then fails again. Absolutely ridiculous.

I am sorry to hear your Charge 3 trackers are not syncing. Thank you for trying to resolve this and providing the additional details. I totally understand how you are feeling and I am here to help. Please give one more try to the following steps:

 

  1. Turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. See this link.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Restart your Fitbit with the steps from this help article.
  6. Open the Fitbit app and try to sync your tracker.
