I have followed the instructions to unpair & reboot. The tracker will sync at that time, but then won't sync anymore. I have done this for 2 days & it still won't sync continuously.

Hi @Missylind, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since it won't sync your data continuously. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
Finally, monitor your tracker and see if the issue gets fixed.
